Encode and decode URI components, parse a query string, and edit parameters with Unicode left intact.

How to use URL Encoder
Component mode uses encodeURIComponent and decodeURIComponent. Query mode parses a full URL or a raw query into editable rows and rebuilds it with URLSearchParams. Spaces in a query are written as +.
- Use Component for a single value, or Query for a URL or key=value string.
- Decode percent-encoding, edit rows, and add or remove parameters.
- Copy the rebuilt URL. Invalid percent sequences produce an error instead of a partial result.
Examples
Encode a path segment
a b/ü becomes a%20b%2F%C3%BC. The slash is encoded because this is a component, not a full URL.
Edit a search query
https://devtoolpilot.com/tools?q=json+diff splits into a base, a q parameter, and a hash you can keep.
Questions
Why are spaces plus signs in the query?
URLSearchParams uses application/x-www-form-urlencoded rules. Plus signs decode back to spaces.
Does this encode a whole URL?
Component mode encodes everything, including : and /. Use it for a parameter value, not for an entire address you still want to open.
